I read a number of Buddhist blogs and greatly appreciate the sincere effort that authors dedicate to this form of communication.
I respond most fully to those sites in which the author employs a unique voice or style. There are many such blogs, but today I'd like to feature Just Tolkoff, Joanne Tolkoff's wonderful site of drawings.
As regular readers of Ox Herding understand, it's quite easy to get pedantic or ponderous when writing about inner work. Joanne, on the other hand, uses drawing to express aspects of Buddhist teaching in fresh and provocative ways. What a delight!
Here, with permission, are examples of Joanne's work. (Note that Just Tolkoff contains a variety of drawing, not all Buddhist-inspired.) I hope you enjoy them!
Thank you Barry. I am deeply touched.

I like her style, and her blogging style.
Lately... words and writing have really not been very useful. It's nice to see someone taking a more direct route.
