In the last 12 months, I've flown to Singapore, Hong Kong (twice), Korea, South Africa, Russia, Eastern Europe, and across the United States. This puts a lot of stress on my travel gear. And travel gear can put lot of stress on me, if it isn't carefully designed. So I get pretty excited when a really good piece of gear comes along.
The Command backpack from Timbuk2 easily carries a weekend's worth of stuff: teaching robes, stick, books and materials, clothing, and tablet in a sleek and not too exciting package. It's sturdy but not too heavy, and has lots of inside pockets. I depend upon it for weekends and also long-haul flights. If you need a travel backpack, check it out.
